EconomicLab does not provide individualized investment, financial, trading, portfolio-management, legal, tax or accounting advice unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorised to do so. Financial markets involve substantial risk, and users may lose some or all of their capital. Forex, CFDs, equities, indices, commodities, digital assets, interest-rate-sensitive instruments and other financial instruments may be volatile or leveraged. EconomicLab does not promise returns or imply that any product or strategy is suitable for a user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EconomicLab is not responsible for third-party content or services it does not control.

Some pages may contain advertising, promotional or affiliate links. The broker comparison page states that EconomicLab may receive compensation when users visit or open an account with some brokers through links on that page. Compensation does not guarantee suitability, quality or performance, and users should make their own assessment.
14. User-Submitted Content and Communications
The current contact form states that it is for demonstration purposes and does not submit data anywhere yet. If you communicate with EconomicLab through a feature that accepts a message, you are responsible for providing information that is lawful, accurate and respectful and for having the necessary rights in anything you submit. Do not submit confidential information unless it is requested through an appropriate channel.
15. Accuracy and Availability of the Website
EconomicLab aims to present useful information and maintain a reliable website but does not guarantee that the website or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for every purpose.
16. Website Changes and Service Availability
The website may be updated, modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, security requirements or third-party service interruptions. EconomicLab may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for operational, legal or technical reasons.
17. Accounts and Subscriptions, Where Applicable
The current website does not provide an active account-registration or paid-subscription service. Newsletter forms appear on some pages but do not identify a connected submission service. If accounts or subscriptions are introduced, additional terms may apply and will be presented where appropriate.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the EconomicLab Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. The Privacy Policy explains relevant information-handling practices without being duplicated in these Terms.
